How can I tell if my sunscreen is mineral based?

To determine if your sunscreen has minerals in it look at the back of the tube. You will see the active ingredients in the box at the top of the tube in the box titled “Drug Facts”. According to the FDA, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are considered GRASE (Generally Recognized As Safe and Effective) for use in sunscreens. If your sunscreen lists either of those two ingredients in the Drug Facts box, then your sunscreen has minerals in it. All Z Blok sunscreen products have at least one of the two FDA approved minerals in them.
